Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer / Motor & Gearbox Engineer

Job Role: Mechanical Engineer

Job Type: Full time, permanent position available with an immediate start
Salary: £26,000+ Salary Dependent on Skills and Experience.

Hours:
Monday - Thursday 08:00-17:00 and Fridays 07:30-16:00
Holiday entitlement 20 days + 8 bank holidays.
The company has a shutdown over the Christmas period.

Requirements:
A solid background with experience of either: heavy gauge mechanics, plant fitting, machine breakdowns, machine fixing, installing, maintenance, mechanical engineering, valves, pneumatics, motors, gearboxes, gears and/or hydraulic repairs.

  • Maintenance, breakdowns, and repair of either or pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, gears and gearboxes.
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding.
  • Forklift maintenance.
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Honest and reliable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
