About the Role:

• Annual Salary: Circa £40,000, plus exceptional employee benefits.
• Company Vehicle: Fully equipped with professional tools and equipment.
• Location: Field-based, attending to commercial and residential properties, mainly in rural 'off-grid' areas.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: HND in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Proficiency in working with filtration systems, water treatment, electrical controls, pipework, and maintenance.
• Skills: Confident in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of pump and filtration system issues.
• License: Full UK Driving License.

Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate remedial attendance to ensure the continuous flow of clean water and sewage clearance.
• Maintain customer satisfaction at optimum levels, including attending out-of-hours emergency callouts when necessary.
• Order specific parts and stock, keeping customers informed about expected arrival times.
• Work closely with the service manager and internal communication teams.
