The role: Mechanical Assemblers (two positions)
Location: Near Hucknall, Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottingham, Mansfield
Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Day Shifts Only)
Overtime: Guaranteed 6 hours weekly at time and a half after 39 hours at basic rate.
Start Date: April / May.
Pay Rate: £13 - £14 per hour (depending on experience) for the first 39 hours, plus 6 hours at time and a half.

The Company:
Founded in the 1990s next to a bustling farm, the company boasts a beautiful scenic setting amidst local woodlands and fields. They are renowned for their custom modification of farming equipment and maintenance of agricultural vehicles, a specialty that has brought recognition through various television features. As they embark on new and exciting projects, we're in search of skilled and enthusiastic Mechanical Assemblers to join the team.

The Role:
You will be an integral part of a 4-person team tasked with the mechanical modification of agricultural vehicles. With a workload of 60 to 70 vehicles per month, you'll contribute to a brand-new project with the potential for years of work.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
Essential:

* Has experience in assembly or a mechanical background, even at a basic level. We welcome candidates from automotive, vehicle maintenance, or mechanical assembly backgrounds, including part-time roles in a garage, as long as there's a willingness to learn.
* Possesses a can-do attitude; we believe most skills required for this role can be taught to eager learners.

Desirable:
* Holds NVQs in a relevant discipline.
* Has any form of electrical experience (in addition to the mechanical)
