Are you an experienced CMM Programmer? Have you previously worked within a highly regulated industry? My client is a leading manufacturer of high precision components for the aerospace market, and they are looking for a Measurement Systems Engineer to join them. The successful candidate will have experience using PCDmis and be able to interpret complex blueprints and model data.

Measurement Systems Engineer
Job Description
  • Create CMM/PMM programmes using PCDmis software from customer data, blueprints and CAD models.
  • Work towards ASME Y 14.5 with an understanding of GDT principles
  • Maintenance and improvement of existing CMM programs
  • Create set up sheets to control program issues and support with inspection planning
  • Support the Quality Engineers as and when required.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a similar role
  • Comprehensive ASME Y 14.5 knowledge
  • Experience with PCDmis software
  • Must be eligible for Security Clearance
