Job Title: Maximo Specialist

Location: Porton Down, Salisbury  

Contract: 6-months ongoing

Pay: Negotiable DOE

My client in Porton Down, Salisbury is currently recruiting for an Interim Maximo Specialist on 6 month rolling contract

Main Responsibilities

Asset Management role in a pharmaceutical / Lab based environment, uploading new assets and info to their Maximo system. They need to be very up to speed with Maximo so they can hit the ground running. A lot of the work will need to be done on site at postcode (SP4) as there is high levels of security on site and a lot of the documentation cannot leave site

  • Creation and assigning job plans and preventative maintenance against assets based on user requirements and O&M’s.
  • Creation of critical spares lists for assets based on user requirements and O&M’s.
  • Create reports for lab users to check that asset data held against geo location is up to date, where necessary retire/move assets.
  • Work with lab shut down planning team to align preventative maintenance against the shutdown schedule.
  • Skilled user on Maximo, and able to hit the ground running in terms of Maximo competence (Client system).

About you : 

  • The client has stated the only essential criteria is having extensive knowledge of Maximo Asset Management System, everything else can be shown etc in the role
