A wonderful, upcoming High School in Caerphilly is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis starting in September. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mathematics and a proven track record of inspiring students to love learning!

• Delivering engaging and dynamic lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with some opportunities to teach at Key Stage 5.
• Preparing lesson plans and teaching materials that cater to a range of abilities.
• Assessing and recording students’ progress and providing feedback to promote development.
• Creating a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices.
• Participating in school events and contributing to the school community.
• Staying up-to-date with educational research and incorporating new methods into teaching practice.

• A degree in Science or a related subject.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching science in a secondary school environment.
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Maths.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
• Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.
