Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a vibrant team and contribute to the academic success of students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 levels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons that cater to the varying needs and abilities of students.
- Utilise innovative teaching strategies to engage and inspire students in the subject.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and encourages participation.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Maths curriculum.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
