We are looking for qualified Maths lecturers with experience supporting students aged 16-18 with Functional Skills, GCSE or A-Level Maths. You will be delivering inspirational Teaching, Learning and Assessment, providing quality lessons and making a difference to students lives.

Across all our teaching roles, the below Duties, Requirements and Benefits are expected…

DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Teaching Maths across at Functional skills, GCSE or A-Level.
• Planning and Delivery of quality lessons within the Curriculum area.
• Managing learners to hit targets and achieve their potential
• Promote and participate in the delivery of Basic / Key Skills
• Contribute to the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the curriculum in the College
• Assessment of students and marking of work.
• Safeguarding students aged 16-18.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Level 5 Teaching Qualification (PGCE / Cert Ed or equivalent)
• Degree (or equivalent) in relevant Subject
• Ability to teach Maths and understanding of curriculum requirements.
• Experience delivering Lecturers to 16-18-year-olds in Further Education or Schools
• Safeguarding knowledge and understanding
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage well with learners.
• Current Clear & Enhanced DBS on the update service (Beneficial)
