About the role:

West London College is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Maths Lecturer to join its team to teach a range of maths courses, including Entry Level, Level 1 Functional Skills and GCSE. We are looking for an exceptional lecturer with a successful track record of consistently delivering high-quality teaching and learning to support our growth.

As a lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning to our learners and provide them with an outstanding experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development within the department and be actively involved in recruiting, interviewing, selecting and counselling students.

You will have a track record in delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning whilst possessing up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of curriculum delivery, as this is essential in inspiring and engaging our learners throughout their time with West London College.

Our learners are at the heart of our college, so to motivate and support our learners, having a passion for delivering student success and having the ability to use inspiring teaching methods and produce engaging teaching materials is essential.
