  • Ensure availability of raw materials required for the production process
  • Maintain the daily stock count sheets for code, description, supplier, minimum quantity
  • Place purchase orders for material requirements and send to suppliers
  • Expedite urgent delivery requirements
  • Create/maintain product details on the MRP system
  • Escalate issues that may impact on the production plan with the Supply Chain Manager
  • Conduct weekly open order reviews, maintaining housekeeping on the MRP system
  • Create and record ad-hoc order requests for non-material items
  • Investigate any stock outs, identify root cause and what actions are required to minimize risk or re-occurrence
  • Support the business with new product launches
