Master Vehicle Technician - Medway
Monday - Friday 8.15 - 5.30pm, Saturdays on a Rota
Salary: up to 42k Basic - OTE £50k+

We are recruiting for a fully qualified Master Technician in the Medway area. My client is one of the most trusted automotive retailers in the UK. They have a large team working across all areas of the business. The roles vary from dealership to head office.

Master Technician role:
* Your remit will include all levels of technical works from servicing to major engine work and diagnostics.
* You will be carrying out checks and maintenance according to the manufacturer's specifications.
* Advising other technicians on problems they are struggling with. We will also require you to assist in the mentoring and development of Apprentice Technicians.
* You will be expected to liaise with Service Advisors, customers, and Senior Management
* The right individual must be confident and professional in their approach while being someone who can be efficient and always first-time fix.

Master Technician Requirement:
* Qualification in Automotive City & Guilds or/and NVQ Level 3.
* MOT licence desirable but not essential.
* Brand Accreditation
* Full UK driving licence.
