Wilson Recruitment Ltd have a full time and permanent opportunity to work for a family run business based in Peterborough. This is a Light Vehicle Mechanic vacancy that would suit someone who is looking to come away from a corporate setting within the automotive sector, to work in a company where senior management truly care about their staff.

Role
Experienced Mechanic / Master Technician in light vehicles

Rota
Monday to Friday 0800-1730 + every other Saturday morning

Salary
Depending on experience and skillset, £29.8k-£37.5k (negotiable for the right person)

Person spec
• Will be a strong light vehicle Mechanic with a solid career history
• Must have an NVQ L2 in light vehicles minimum or similar
• Should be adaptable to learn new systems and processes as per the companies training
• Might have some understanding of dealership systems such as ADP/Kerridge/Autoline
• Could be a Master Technician looking to leave a toxic working environment
• Shall be reliable, trustworthy and a team player
• Can demonstrate a clear career history and provide references or referee details from similar roles
• Shall hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points and have access to a reliable vehicle
