Our client is a company specialising in PCR and related technology, is seeking an individual experienced in PCR who is looking to transition into a marketing role.

Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist role is a full-time position based in Their Oxford office. You'll help execute marketing plans to boost sales, generate leads, and enhance brand recognition worldwide. This role focuses on managing social media and coordinating our presence at global events, so strong writing skills and a passion for travel are key. Also have the opportunity to travel 20% of the time (1 week every month) to conferences and exhibitions in Europe, the Americas, and occasionally beyond!

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Work with Marketing Manager on local, regional, and global plans.

Understand buyer journey and customer needs.

Organize company's presence at trade shows.

Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).

Create marketing materials and content.

Support Sales Team and assist with various marketing tasks.

Person specification

Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in a science field.

A great understanding of PCR and its applications

Commutable to Oxford

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Passion for continuous learning and a customer-focused mindset.
