Role Overview: As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• CRM Implementation Support:
  
  • Work closely with our global teams to facilitate the successful rollout of our new CRM system.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on CRM functionalities.
  • Monitor adoption and troubleshoot any issues.
• Brand Refresh Assistance:
  
  • Support the brand refresh process by coordinating activities across regions.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and communication teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Assist in updating marketing collateral, website content, and social media profiles.
• Project Coordination:
  
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a global context.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Prince2 or similar qualification
