Marketing Operations Coordinator

Fabulous Health and Wellness company are looking for a dynamic and organised indivudal who has an interest in Marketing to join their team.

Marketing Operations Coordinator will work within the EU Product Marketing Team. With a high level of attention to detail the Marketing Operations Coordinator will ensure marketing assets, websites and tools are always easily accessible and up to date for customers and associates across multiple languages.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• • Support the product marketing team with new product launches and campaigns, including coordinating product samples, producing assets in multiple languages and ensuring digital assets are updated
• • Liaising between finance, catalogue, and marketing, the Marketing Operations Coordinator will ensure all product pricing and price lists are correct across all platforms and communications.
• • Maintain and update the Associate Back Office and websites to ensure all marketing materials, promotions and tools are up to date and correct
• • Own the translation process for Product Marketing across all European languages using translation software
• • Produce marketing assets in multiple languages, e.g. email campaigns
• • Ensuring all digital tools are updated with the latest content and business promotions including media link library and company apps
• • Collaborate with operations on marketing collateral within the warehouses
• • Support with administrative tasks within the Product Marketing team

Degree educated preferred but not essential if you have the drive and energy to succeed.
