Marketing Manager
Reed Marketing and Creative are proud to be partnered with a leading organisation within the professional services industry. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team, acting as a strategic partner with a key department and serving as an ambassador for the Marketing function. This role involves owning the marketing planning process, identifying objectives, proposing campaigns, and overseeing their implementation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing access to justice and have a solid background in marketing within professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan, aligning with departmental and firmwide objectives.
- Manage campaign delivery within agreed plans and budgets, reporting on KPIs and suggesting improvements.
- Line manage team members, effectively allocating resources and tasks.
- Maintain brand integrity across all marketing materials and channels.
- Analyse market data and trends to optimise marketing strategies and effectiveness.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services.
- Proficient in Paid Social and Paid Search advertising tools.
- Strong project management skills, from conception to execution.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Proficient with CRM, E-marketing software, and MS Office suite.
