Our client, a progressive and forward-thinking mobile marketing agency based in Thorpe Park are looking for a Marketing Manager to cover Maternity leave for 12 months Fixed Term in the new Leeds Head office. This is a varied role with high levels of responsibility, you will be managing a Marketing Assistant and reporting to the Marketing Director. The ideal person will already be in a Marketing role and has a good knowledge and understanding of implementing SEO strategies and creating content. In this role you will be working closely with the creative team and delivering multiple campaigns using the latest technology.

Main duties of the Marketing Manager:

  • Managing a small team, reviewing activity and providing constructive feedback and ensuring the team meet deadlines
  • Taking a lead on planning, implementing, and monitoring campaigns from start to finish
  • Analysis and reporting on campaign efficiency and trends
  • Identifying new technology trends and displaying search ads
  • Management and improvement of the website
  • Social media strategy, proofing and creating content for social media channels
  • Launching and implementing a PR strategy for the business
  • Supporting the brand across the agency with the Creative team
  • Production of marketing materials and business development campaigns
  • Managing and coordinating marketing events such as conferences and webinars

The ideal Marketing Manager will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related subject
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related marketing role
  • Experience using Apple hardware, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, GA4, Google Ads, and Webflow
  • Knowledge of SEO and PR experience
  • Strong attention to detail and proofing skills
  • A positive self-starter with a motivated attitude
  • Professionalism with excellent time management skills and commitment to deadlines
