Forward Role have an exclusive opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a privately owned house building and development brand. This will be a key position in the business responsible for planning and implementing all marketing activity.

Here's a concise summary of the role and responsibilities:

About the role:

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies for current and upcoming sites to increase inquiries and meet KPIs.
• Manage quarterly media planning and budgeting for both online and offline channels.
• Create and update site-specific marketing plans, including new site launch strategies, to leverage competitive advantages.
• Continuously evaluate marketing effectiveness and conceptualise campaigns.
• Maintain website accuracy and performance with the help of a Marketing Assistant.
• Ensure marketing aligns with brand standards and remains competitive through regular market analysis.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams on the production of timely and effective site-specific materials.

What they are looking for:

• Strong IT and literacy skills and experience in measuring and analysing on and offline campaigns.
• Confident interpersonal and communication skills.
• Some knowledge of the construction, house building, or property sectors would be an advantage but not essential.
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing.
• Open to candidates looking to take a step up to management level as well as current managers.
