Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per Week, Monday to Friday

Venture into the heart of performance marketing with our client as there new Performance Marketing Manager. Lead an award-winning team to dominate in the competitive life insurance space, by innovatively driving lead generation and conversion through cutting-edge marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in propelling there company through PPC, SEO, video marketing, and agile marketing approaches, with a strong accent on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Digital PR, and effective communication via SMS and Email marketing.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be:

• Spearheading there marketing initiatives, focusing intensively on performance marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and E-commerce marketing.
• Embracing and promoting a servant leadership style, nurturing team talent, and encouraging growth and innovation.
• Developing and implementing modern digital PR strategies, including newsjacking and organic link-building, to solidify there market presence.
• Leading there team through agile marketing practices, ensuring a dynamic, responsive approach to market changes.
• Cultivating strong cross-functional relationships, collaborating closely with sales and leadership to maintain and enhance there workplace culture.

What our Client is Looking For:

• Demonstrable experience in a senior marketing role with a significant focus on performance marketing within competitive markets, preferably in financial services or insurance
• A proven track record of team leadership, with hands-on experience in nurturing staff development and managing through line reports.
• Solid expertise in driving lead generation through various channels and strategies, with particular strengths in CRO, Digital PR, and integrated communication strategies (Email and SMS marketing).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their practical application within marketing teams.
• Outstanding organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (experience with Asana is a plus).
