Our client, a prestigious events company are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join their team on a 9-month FTC. The is mainly office-based (4 day onsite) : 1 day (WFH) and will require flexibility to attend events in the UK during the contract duration.

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement for their key events and enhancing their overall brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing innovative marketing campaigns to promote events across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written materials, that resonate with the target audience
  • Utilising data and analytics to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimise marketing strategies for maximum impact
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing efforts remain fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of successfully executing campaigns and achieving measurable results
  • Great understanding of commercial events
  • Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress and Adobe suite. Any exposure to Pardot (or similar email marketing platforms), is highly advantageous
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into effective marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
