Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will direct the creative and content teams in creating innovative, compelling and targeted content to support the sales ambitions. You will also deliver an aligned campaign plan with actions and KPIs for parties in the role and be a leader in ensuring that all actions and activities are completed on time and to the correct standards.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

Job Role:

• • Ensure that each campaign is clearly defined with KPIS, aims and expected result prior to starting work
  • Ensure that requirements for each element of the campaign are identified, allocated to the relevant team member with sufficient time and resource to ensure outstanding content is produces
  • Lead and drive the team to ensure that they work together to support the campaigns in the agreed time frame.
  • Support marketing led activities and events to drive lead opportunities
  • Lead the team to identify the content requirements to support the targeted customer groups
  • Ensure that the Pitch, Play, Plunge approach is developed and utilised as a basis for all product communications
  • Deliver clear and authentic content, both on line and off line to ultimately drive purchase behaviour
  • Where appropriate identify external reports which would be needed to be able to provide hygiene content
  • Represent the company on selected trade shows
  • Lead the PR account with the agency
  • Create content relevant for the campaigns for the social media platforms

To apply for this Marketing Manager role, you will need relevant experience in a similar role. You will also require the following:

• Experience managing a team
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to deliver clear and authentic content, both online and offline to ultimately drive purchase behaviour
• The ability to represent the company at selected trade shows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
