Marketing Manager

Working for an iconic and globally recognised toy brand, the Marketing Manager will be presented the product line for the coming seasons, and it will be their responsibility to create and implement a 'best in class’ marketing plan to support this product range in reaching financial targets and brand objectives.

General duties to include:

• Observing and quantifying the deliverables, EPOS, trends and results of marketing campaigns.
• Day-to-day management of relevant marketing and media platforms.
• Ensuring media plans, content and implementation are aligned with the marketing plan and brand strategy.
• Agency management.
• Managing, planning and implementing trade and consumer events.
• Manage planned and organic PR.
• Planning and implementation of trade marketing.
• Manage all relevant social media platforms and identify new opportunities.
• Support the online/web team in the development and management of content on the website and monitor content, brand representation and functionality.
• Budget Management.
• Actively engage with the sales teams on weekly/monthly basis to understand brand and account performance issues.
• Support the brand lead in developing a long-term brand marketing strategy.
• Support the brand team with trade and consumer promotions.
• Undertake digital marketing campaigns.

Key Skills and Experience

• 2 years + marketing experience as a marketing manager or executive
• Good understanding of brand marketing principles
• Evidence of being a team player in the workplace on projects and in making decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation skills
