Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, promoting our services and enhancing brand visibility. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership and various stakeholders to drive growth and achieve business objectives through effective marketing and communication strategies.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Create engaging content across various channels, including overseeing the redesign and rebranding of communication platforms.
  • Manage social media engagement to foster community and ensure consistency in messaging across teams.
  • Collaborate with clients and vendors for campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Stay compliant with regulations and continuously evaluate and refine marketing strategies.
  • Source and implement effective marketing tools, reviewing their effectiveness continually.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a marketing and communications role at a senior leadership level.
  • Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality projects and efficient output to meet client expectations.
  • Experience in supporting business development projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with effective collaboration across teams.
  • A brand ambassador with a creative marketing mindset.
