Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Harrogate - office based role
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our client based in Harrogate. You’ll be working within a team with 1 direct report and a Head of department driving business growth and retention.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Manage budgets and external agencies
• Create content for various channels and oversee PR campaigns
• Collaborate with sales to drive acquisition and retention
• Optimize social media, advertising and website performance
• Analyze data to improve marketing effectiveness
• Ensure brand consistency across all projects

Requirements:
• Marketing Degree, preferred
• Experience as a Marketing Manager including people management
• Interest in PR with strong copy writing skills
• Website management with WordPress
• Marketing planning and budgeting experience
