Marketing Manager

SF Recruitment are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a terrific client in Derby. The successful candidate will lead their marketing efforts and develop strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns. This is a full time, permanent role paying between £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
• Analyse campaign performance and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with a track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive for results.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
