Marketing Manager
An award winning property company, is seeking a Marketing Manager to work on a large build-to-rent portfolio. This is a hybrid role, with the office based in Central London. The annual salary is up to £50,000 + bonus.
The role:
The Marketing Manager will lead on all marketing, branding, and customer experience.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager include:
- Create and execute marketing strategy for lease up and stabilised assets within the portfolio. Work with team members to ensure effective delivery.
- Brief and manage relationships with creative agencies to launch new sites.
- Report to the client on marketing strategy.
- Manage marketing budgets across all sites.
- Oversee the resident engagement calendar.
- Work with site teams to plan and organise resident events.
- Deliver customer satisfaction surveys and analyse trends.
- Work with local businesses to promote sites and support local communities.
The person:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Highly professional manner.
- Positive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within Build-to-Rent.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategy, google ads, SE etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
