Role Summary:

As Marketing Manager for Global University Systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our dynamic and rapidly growing brands within the higher education sector. With a hands-on and adaptable approach, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to expand our brand's presence through a diverse range of online and offline activities.

You will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and analysing a fully integrated marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on online channels. This includes developing brand awareness, optimizing performance marketing, and ensuring maximum return on investment. You will work closely with key stakeholders and the marketing/sales team to set and achieve targets, prioritize work effectively, and ensure alignment of marketing efforts.

Additionally, you will be expected to support and deliver ad hoc projects based on the business needs and performance metrics.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Creating, Implementing, and Monitoring Online Marketing Campaigns
  • Managing the Assigned Marketing Team
  • Developing, Implementing, and Managing the Annual Marketing Budget
  • Reporting on KPIs and Identifying Growth Opportunities
  • Preparing Regular Performance Reports
  • Effective Go-to-Market for New and Existing Programs
  • Planning and Executing a Holistic Marketing Strategy Optimized for User Experience
  • Proactively Managing Key Relationships
  • Working with Internal Marketing Services
  • Ensuring Brand Consistency and Compliance
  • Developing Brand Reputation and Positioning
  • Supporting International Business Development Team
  • Marketing Events

Knowledge & Skills (Essential):

  • Proven ability to develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy that achieves results
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate your team and colleagues
  • Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Be self-motivated and show an ability to work autonomously as and when required with ability to use own initiative and take proactive actions to resolve problems
  • Extremely driven and highly analytical

Experience:

  • Experience of developing and managing integrated marketing strategies to drive market growth and achieve commercial targets
  • Proven ability to analyse data, problem solve, and provide clear proposals for actions
  • Team player - able to work collaboratively with others, build strong working relationships, and disseminate and share knowledge and information
  • Proficiency in various digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Understanding of best practices for optimizing online campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
