Reed Marketing & Creative are currently partnered with a hugely successful and growing B2B business based in Hemel Hempstead, who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall ownership of our marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring high quality and impact.

• Oversee the websites, web spaces and social media channels, ensuring content is relevant, timely and engaging.

• Responsible for creating and implementing the social media strategy for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This includes creating engaging content, digital ads and progress reports.

• Collaborate with the team to manage offline campaigns, gaining valuable experience in preparing for brochures, posters, and other promotional materials.

• Lead the Marketing Department in implementing innovative and effective campaigns to enhance brand visibility and participant engagement.

• Work closely with other departments, fostering a unified approach to campaign management.

• Conduct insightful market research including understanding value propositions, positioning, and company USPs.

The successful candidate will have previous marketing experience, knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator). Previous marketing generalist experience within campagins across digital, social media, websites, content, and events.

In return you will receive a salary paying circa £50K depending on experience + excellent benefits +FREE parking when in the office.
