Role: Marketing Manager

Location: New York, US (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to $130,000 plus strong package and benefits

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing my clients' marketing strategy. You will lead the marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in marketing within the beauty industry, with a focus on haircare preferred.
• A track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand engagement.
• Work together with Global teams on strategic projects as a ambassador for the North American market.
• Manage and execute strong product sampling campaigns before launches and for strategic programs
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in marketing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards shared goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
