Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivating and enhancing the reputation of the consultancy within the local business community and commercial sphere as a top-tier service provider
  • Steering the formulation and realisation of marketing budgets and projections for the region
  • Crafting compelling and valuable web and blog content to captivate and convert our intended audience
  • Nurturing productive relationships with clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders
  • Implementing business strategies to fulfil the objectives set by the board and stakeholders
  • Devising comprehensive marketing blueprints to facilitate goal attainment through cost-efficient tactics and regional market development
  • Collaborating with global marketing and regional management to shape specific program and brand initiatives
  • Crafting the annual regional marketing strategy in collaboration with global marketing
  • Upholding brand integrity and coherence across diverse markets
  • Formulating marketing implementation plans and schedules aligned with overarching strategies
  • Creating and executing a meticulous annual marketing calendar for streamlined operations
  • Evaluating and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, drawing insights and gauging progress against regional targets
  • Inspiring and managing a proficient team, ensuring exemplary conduct and customer service standards
  • Establishing and monitoring KPIs with team members, tracking individual performance
