This is an opportunity for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to make a real difference within an organisation who is at the forefront of the energy transition sector. They have developed a strong track record in converting customers from higher emissions fuels to lower carbon and cleaner solutions and have a vision to provide 100% renewable solutions to customers by 2040.

Your role will involve strategic marketing and campaign development for a part of the business responsible for the design, supply, installation, testing, and maintenance of bespoke engineering, HVAC, energy, and water management services to Businesses across the UK. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders  to support customers with energy solutions that meet their current business needs and help them through an affordable, manageable energy transition. Role Overview

As the Energy Engineering Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver in promoting energy-related solutions and services to both on and off-grid businesses. Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic Campaign Management: Crafting lead generation campaigns for B2B bespoke energy solutions. You will ensure activity aligns with the cleaner energy in your power strategy and evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Effective Marketing Communication: Developing and executing targeted marketing communication plans. Using HubSpot and other digital platforms ensures successful Marketing Automation.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with internal teams, including engineers and technical experts, to build relevant and thought-provoking content.

Audience Profiling and Targeting: Define customer profiles and segments and Implementing data-driven targeting strategies.

Brand Development and Positioning: Working closely with each business unit and the wider marketing teams to enhance the brands presence in the B2B space.

Market Development and Business Growth: Identifying growth opportunities within the energy sector and developing marketing strategies to capture new markets.

About you

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within the energy sector, engineering or related industries. You will have demonstrated expertise in strategic campaign management, stakeholder engagement, market development, and brand positioning.

A passion for sustainable energy solutions and innovative marketing approaches is highly desirable, making this an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to make a difference in businesses' energy management and transition towards a greener future.

It will therefore be advantageous to have an understanding of the energy sector, including knowledge of energy solutions, technologies, and market dynamics. Technical understanding of energy systems, HVAC, and engineering concepts would give you an edge in collaborating with internal teams and contributing effectively to strategic marketing initiatives.
