MARKETING LEAD IN AN EXECUTIVE SEARCH FIRM; PRIVATE EQUITY FOCUS

BASED LONDON

£75-90000+bonus,bens

HYBRID; 3 days per week in the office

Exciting newly created opportunity to join a high growth, dynamic Executive Search firm, which specializes in the Private Equity market to lead their marketing activity at both a strategic and operational level. You'll need experience of marketing to the Private Equity sector eg.from another Executive Search firm, Financial Services or Professional Services.

Reporting into the CEO, you will lead on the development and implementation of the marketing strategy, while working closely with senior stakeholders in the business.

This role will give you the opportunity to further develop your marketing skills in a fast- paced and dynamic environment, whilst creating high quality deliverables, and managing diverse stakeholders. The new marketing role will be extremely results orientated and you will be able to use multiple marketing strategies with a focus on ROI. Specifically, we're looking for someone who has:

  • Marketing strategy development - collaborate with the team to define marketing objectives aligned with business
  • Business development support - collaborate with the teams to generate and manage leads and opportunities through a quarterly event programme and targeted account based marketing
  • Digital Marketing - create and execute a plan of digital marketing activities to engage our target
  • Brand Management - ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing assets and
  • NPS - own and develop our internal process to help identify opportunities to
  • Design - develop consistent and high quality marketing documents to support our sales
  • CRM - working with our internal team to ensure we segment our customers to maintain regular touchpoints to develop a commercial

Experience required

You will be an experienced B2B Marketing professional, with

  • Solid Marketing experience gained in a Services led business eg.Financial Services, Professional Services or another Executive Search firm
  • Experience and understanding of marketing to the Private Equity market
  • Experience in Account Based Marketing (ABM) / upselling and cross selling to existing clients
  • A passion for customer experience, and the ability to manage and own an NPS (net promoter score) process
  • Strong skills and experience in content development, with good writing skills
  • Broad marketing and digital skills including in content creation, event management, digital marketing, social media etc
  • Confidence when dealing with a diverse set of international and external stakeholders
  • Ability to operate at a strategic and operational level
  • An analytical skillset, someone who can use data to drive insight and return on investment across each marketing
