Our clients, a well-respected Property Company, are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join their expanding team in the Newcastle area.

Working hours:

  • Monday- Friday 9.30 am - 5.30 pm
  • Alternate Saturdays 10.00 am - 2.00 pm (In return half a day of Lieu)

Our clients are offering the successful Marketing Executive:

  • £22,000 - £25,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

To be considered for the Marketing Executive role you must have:

  • Enthusiasm for Marketing
  • Previous experience in a similar role desired, or a degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent IT skills; Website CMS, all Microsoft applications, Adobe Suite and knowledge of HTML.
  • Design skills are required (use of the Adobe suite, but mainly Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Illustrator)
  • Photography skills desired

As a Marketing Executive, your role will involve:

  • Assisting with planning and executing marketing campaigns across both digital and print media
  • Content creation and development
  • Drafting property brochures and marketing materials
  • Assisting with property photography, including on site and in post processing
  • Ensuring continuity across all forms of media, including social media, blog posts, print marketing and property advertising
  • Other ad-hoc tasks related to the business
