Reed Marketing and Creative are on the lookout for a proactive Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing engineering company. This new role offers the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of marketing and communications disciplines. The ideal candidate will support the Head of Marketing in executing the marketing strategy and play a key role in enhancing their brand presence.

You must be a driver to be able to get to this position.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and curate content for social media, website, and press releases, ensuring alignment with the content calendar.
  • Design and distribute newsletters while managing subscriber databases.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create compelling customer case studies and marketing materials.
  • Act as a brand guardian, monitoring performance metrics for web and social media, and maintaining the image library.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for content creation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a preference for B2B environments.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics GA4 and social media platforms for business use.
  • Excellent command of English, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
