Our Wellingborough based client is looking for a Marketing Executive in a newly created position to take full responsibility for both traditional and digital marketing activities. A great opportunity for somebody who would like to shape the marketing function in their way and be as creative as required to ensure that marketing has a positive impact on both brand recognition and lead generation.

As the Marketing Executive, you will elevate their online presence and drive digital marketing efforts and play a key role on enhancing their digital marketing strategies, with a keen emphasis on SEO and leveraging Google AdWords to boost online visibility and engagement.

Alongside digital marketing efforts, the business advertise heavily with trade magazines and trade shows annually, so managing the marketing collateral with some design experience would be advantageous.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement both digital and traditional marketing plans to attract new customers, retain existing customers and promote the business.
• Improve online presence
• Email Marketing - creating and executing email campaigns
• Manage and set up the necessary social media accounts including Facebook and X - this is an area which needs development
• Update and manage website content
• Report, monitor, and analyse results to improve performance,
• Other ad hoc marketing tasks when required.

Skills and experience required:

• A qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or business-related degree
• Basic design experience would be useful
• Knowledge and experience with SEO and Google Ads
• Knowledge of WordPress for web page editing
• Experience in Google Analytics, for reporting
• Full UK Driving licence
