Marketing Executive

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join a rapidly growing provider of sustainable energy solutions who are committed to driving positive change in the renewable energy sector.

As the business continues to expand its operations, they are seeking a talented marketer to join their dynamic team.

Working with the Senior Marketing Manager and cross-functional stakeholders you will play a key role in developing and executing community focused marketing strategies to promote products and services, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.

This is an evolving role which the Marketing Executive will have the opportunity to help shape. The initial requirements include:

• Support the community marketing department by setting and refining marketing systems and processes with the help of the Senior Marketing Manager
• Support the Senior Marketing Manager with marketing planning ensuring all departments are feeding in their activities and reporting on effectiveness
• Support event activations and brand ambassador staffing, acting as the main conduit for agency enquiries

• Co-ordinate direct mail requirements continually refining processes
• Review new content requests ensuring effective briefing before logging new work into the team

• Work with the campaigns team and agencies to help create content that will resonate with audiences

• Support community managers with collateral requirements for local events

• Reporting ROI on community activity
• Ad hoc amends to artwork (don’t worry you are not expected to be a Designer!)

We’re looking for someone who is confident and eager to learn, the kind of person who’ll work autonomously and take the initiative, bringing ideas to the table.

You will be joining a supportive team, but this role will also suit a straight talking and willing to challenge when needed.

This position offers hybrid working with two days a week from the Basingstoke office.
