What is expected?

This is a varied marketing role assisting with developing and implementing marketing strategies, playing a crucial role in promoting the services of the organisation. Dealing with key stake holders both internally and externally collaborating closely with cross functional teams implementing marketing campaigns across various channels.

Here is a snapshot of some of the key areas of responsibility :-

• Create engaging content via various channels including, social media, email campaigns, website, blogs and videos
• Review and evaluate marketing campaigns, advertising and content with creative and engaging recommendations for improvement
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
• Work to develop brand strategy

Not being afraid to 'roll your sleeves up’ and get involved ,with a passion to demonstrate the organisations values is super important with a drive for continual improvement & creativity in adapting to new trends in the market.

• Educated to a degree level in Marketing, Business or related field
• Passion to grow and develop through innovate marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, email and content marketing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
