Marketing Executive

Hays are proud to support a growing organisation within the property industry, who are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be based at their head office on the outskirts of Norwich but offers hybrid working. As the Marketing Executive, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the organisation's marketing efforts, with a focus on content writing and email marketing.

Your new role
Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be working in a team of 4, support the business with a range of Marketing activities. Responsibilities will include:

• Utilising platforms such as Mailchimp & Stripo to create effective email campaigns.
• Writing compelling copywriting for various channels, including PR, websites, blogs and catalogue articles.
• Collaborating with the team to devise and execute digital marketing strategies
• Assisting the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager with any other ad-hoc requests and projects.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with a solid background in marketing, specifically with strong email and copywriting experience. Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Stripo and CMS systems is key. This role will also require excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
