Do you want to join a leading UK manufacturer of paper hygiene products based in Stafford Park, Telford?

This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting a career in the marketing field to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Executive at Northwood.

Role Overview

The role of the Marketing Executive is to support the business by creating exciting content which will link in with the wider marketing strategy. You will be comfortable evaluating the marketing process and work to critique and improve outcomes, as well as thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a permanent member of the team, you will be working Mon - Fri from 8:30 am till 5:00 pm in our Telford Office.

Working closely with the Marketing Communications Manager, you will create numerous bespoke marketing materials for use online and offline. The Marketing team also supports the wider business and internal stakeholders with internal communications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Produce product flyers, e-bulletins, and customer-specific literature
  • Own the labelling process for Northwood brands and branding packaging
  • Create plans and generate content for Northwood social media platforms
  • Keep up to date with the current market trends across marketing communications
  • Create inspiring internal communications
  • Upkeep and circulate Northwood corporate files
  • Gatekeeper for image/spec requests
  • Support the marketing and wider commercial team with events
  • Support the wider marketing team

Essential Skills
  • Either previous experience in a marketing department or a marketing qualification
  • Good understanding of marketing principles
  • Excellent written communication skills and people skills
  • Experience with Microsoft packages essential
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organised with a customer-oriented approach and a high attention to detail

Experience with Adobe Software is preferable.
