Marketing Executive

We are looking for our first dedicated Marketing Executive to join this scaling Software company, working side-by-side with one of the (very experienced) commercial / sales focused founders, to continue the company growth & be the go-to Marketing person.

Title: Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager, potentially?

Location: Leeds. We have a city centre office, but it’s very flexible – so hybrid home / office working. You could be based in Manchester, York, Leeds, Sheffield, Bradford… you get the idea.

Netflix has gone up again, aka, how much will you pay me? We have put a nominal figure of “About £35K per annum + Bonus + Bens + latest MacBook Pro” on this. However, we are totally open to other levels. Up to £40K maybe?

I’m not going to list what the role will entail; hopefully you’ll know this & will tell us! (Essentially, a B2B full cycle, digital & offline Marketing Executive… who probably loves their technology…)

A bit about you though, that we had in mind… again, this is all very flexible.

“As the Marketing Executive you'll be working in the B2B space, promoting our AI solutions to midsize and large businesses. You’ll be creative and agile, working across multiple marketing channels to amplify our reputation and promote our AI products to the key target audiences and industries.” (Chat-GPT did NOT help me write this)

Some Skills we think you’ll have to be considered…

- 2 years or more in a full lifecycle marketing position. 2 years is very arbitrary, but that’s the minimum experience level we think you’ll need to have the confidence in this role.

- Experience of creating and delivering marketing campaigns, website development (Via CMS &, well, we have a whole team of developers here…) and creating relevant content for various types of marketing collateral.

- Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with colleagues and clients.

- Demonstrable success of putting the customer first / thinking about marketing from the client's perspective.

- Eagerness to learn about Artificial Intelligence, automation, and technology in general.
