Marketing Executive (8-16 Hours Per Week)

An opportunity to join a dynamic local company as their Marketing Executive.

The ideal individual would be someone who is looking to work 8-16 Hours Per Week and must live locally to Leatherhead, Surrey.

You will be responsible for the following tasks.

• Regular marketing: Plan and execute regular email/newsletter campaigns, including sourcing/drafting and editing copy, designing layout and feedback to management on engagement.
• Manage and maintain contact lists ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage online review platforms including requesting and responding to reviews and client feedback.
• Social Media: Actively promote presence on social media, primarily LinkedIn.
• Awards & Recognition: Identify industry awards and manage application process.

Additional opportunities for overtime could include:

• Press release: Content creation and distribution.
• Brand guidelines & design-Acting as the primary contact for all materials (print merchandise, web) to ensure a consistent image across the business.
• Event management for clients or trade.
• Organising and engaging with client research groups.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong writing and copy editing abilities.

Desirable:

• Degree level education
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud & full suite of Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of Intelliflo would be advantageous.
• Photographic and video editing skills
• Comfortable with marketing related platforms & apps.
