Our goal is to create legendary experiences for all matchday and non-matchday events - so we have a new position within our marketing team which will play the part of organising and delivering world-class match day activation for both our men's and women's first team games and non-match day events. You will enhance our fan experience and take it to the next level!

This is an exciting time to join us as we start the preparations of building our first fan zone at the stadium. You will be involved in managing the fan zone experience from digital inventory to music to lighting programmes.

Don't forget to bring your creativity and innovativeness as we are always looking for ways to enhance our matchday experience, drive brand awareness and build on our fantastic fan base.

Do you have what it takes

Are you passionate about event planning and an innovative thinker Are you someone with great time management and organisational skills Then this could be the role for you! You will need exceptional organisational skills as you will be handling the diaries of busiest seagulls in Brighton Gully and Sally!

You will have previous experience of marketing events, sports activation or venue management and ideally previous customer experience in a stadium or large venue.
