Marketing Director

Position: Marketing Director
Location: Nottingham (2 days on site)
Salary: £80,000 DOE

I am currently partnered with an established business in Nottingham who are looking for a Marketing Director to join the team due to growth.

With a £15m turnover, they have scaled rapidly and are looking for someone to come in and work closely with the directors to help with strategy and bring fresh and innovative ideas to the business.

You will ideally have experience managing teams, as here you will take over a team of 7 allowing you to bounce off ideas and come up with new campaigns and how to become the best at what you do.

So now what are we looking for:
Strong B2C eCommerce experience
Leadership experience - previous experience managing teams of 3+
Strategy planning and implementation as well as managing budgets and driving revenue
PPC, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media (Paid and Organic)
Content creation
Copywriting
Analytics and Reporting - Google Analytics
Experience managing marketing budgets
5+ years experience in a marketing role
