Marketing Director Multi-site
Position Overview
As Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence, drive consumer engagement, and support our expansion goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a talented marketing team and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to
achieve key business objectives.

- ( MUST ) -Have experience working in the consumer products industry / this is working within a well established brewery, experience in this field will help you stand out more!
- ( MUST ) -Have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviours, and brand management
strategies. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytic platforms, and e-commerce platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal
and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the company& overall objectives and growth targets.
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies to enhance market penetration and brand loyalty.
- Brand Management and Development:
- Oversee brand development initiatives, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and relevance across all touch points.
- Manage brand assets, including visual identity, packaging design, and brand guidelines.
- Cultivate brand partnerships, sponsorship, and collaborations to amplify brand reach and visibility.
- Product Marketing and Innovation:
- Lead product marketing efforts, including new product launches, packaging innovations and product life cycle management.
- Collaborate with R&D and brewing teams to identify market opportunities and develop
- compelling product offerings that resonate with target consumers.
- Conduct market research and consumer testing to validate product concepts and inform product development decisions.
