**Talented Designer with an Entrepreneurial Flare**

My client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Designer to unlock the teams potential.

The Role:

You will possess extensive experience in design and must be able to showcase a portfolio that highlights your ability for brand identity.

You need to have a fantastic understanding of design principles and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver innovative design solutions.

You'll need to introduce a freshness, innovative design concepts and posses a creative flair to enhance customers experiences.

This role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week. With flexible start and finish times and hybrid

They offer a competitive salary £40,000 - £45,000 + discretionary bonus

Main duties

To oversee all aspects of design projects, from start to finish

Design and ensure brand consistency throughout. From print to digital, including advertising, branding, website, emails, letter comms and more

Translate brand strategy into powerful and purposeful creative concepts.

Manage and evolve guidelines and design systems

Manage the design agency and support other members of the team when liaising/briefing external specialists if needed

Motivate the team - stay up-to-date with design trends, promote new ideas and techniques, share inspiration in an engaging way and set an example for others

You will need:

Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, UX designer, Graphic Designer or similar r

Have an outstanding portfolio of published work spanning different channels, from print to digital, including advertising, branding, website and social media

Hands-on experience creating and evolving a brands visual identity.

Proficient in Figma, the Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.

AfterEffects and Cinema 4D desirable

Understand the design principles, UX/UI, behavioural design, information architecture and best practices across print and digital

Knowledge of customer journeys in the B2C sector, with the ability to translate insights into actionable design strategies

A highly motivated, creative and entrepreneurial thinker to innovate and continuously improve whilst collaborating across the organization to drive up standards of creative

Communication skills - confident with a collaborative working style, being able to interface with people of all levels, present ideas, and articulate the thinking behind them
