THE COMPANY

I am supporting a renowned real estate business on a key Marketing Data Analyst hire. Through your work, you will enable this organisation to become more data driven, allowing for a better understanding of the effectiveness of campaigns and customer behaviour.

THE ROLE

The successful Marketing Data Analyst responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns
• Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets from various sources including customer databases, market trends, and digital marketing platforms
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on marketing performance metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Marketing Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven commercial experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable insights
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for driving results through data-driven decision-making.

THE BENEFITS
