We are recruiting for a new office-based Comms Specialist to drive the communications marketing at a vibrant and expanding client in the Newbury area, to increase brand visibility by developing captivating social media strategies. This position is available over 3 full days per week or shorter hours over 5 days.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing Marketing Comms strategy to drive brand visibility

  • Managing website and social media platforms

  • Marketing campaigns for different departments

  • Marketing for Applied Tech (content syndication platform)

  • Internal communications to keep employees informed with company news, updates and initiatives

  • Working with the team to implement marketing automation

  • Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers and optimise retention

Requirements

  • Marketing Agency experience is preferrable

  • Proven experience with internal marketing communications

  • Great written and verbal ability

  • Strong project management and organisational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment

  • Proven experience using communication tools and platforms
