My client is a dynamic and forward-thinking marketing department is responsible for leading the global brand development of the company's media and events portfolios. Reporting to the marketing team lead, responsibilities for this role will include:

Key tasks for marketing Assistant:
* Assisting delivery of company's marketing and communications plan.
* Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity.
* Merchandise - researching new options, ordering for trade events some of
which are located abroad.
* Managing paid subscriptions (with guidance).
* Updating subscriptions on email platform database and CRM system.
* Social media - data processing, scheduling and analysis.
* Researching new subscribers using company platforms and other third-party
resources.
* Contributing to CRM maintenance (including editorial outreach programme).
* Recording stats and presenting to the team when required.
* Uploading SEO articles.
* Keyword research for SEO.
* An understanding and adoption of company brand guidelines.
* As an international business, you may be required to work outside normal
business hours, on occasion.
Support as required by marketing team lead. This is an emerging and developing
role so responsibilities may change depending on skill set and direction.
Experience and skills:
* Using social media in a marketing capacity would be an advantage.
* Experience using Photoshop would be an advantage.
* Be willing to travel internationally.
* Relish the challenge of juggling a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities
simultaneously.
