Marketing Assistant

They are looking for a 'Marketing Assistant' to join their growing marketing team.
The key purpose of this role is to support the Marketing Manager with all marketing and reporting duties, assisting with both online and offline projects and requirements.
Key duties include:
Assist in preparing marketing communications such as email newsletters, social media content, blog content and flyers/leaflets
Compile and update mailing lists in line with GDPR
Use mail merge and post out marketing materials in batches to customers
Assist in developing paid advertising such as print media for industry publications
Maintain journalist relationships and circulate press releases to increase press coverage
Liaise with freelance designers and photographers to produce assets for marketing purposes, and assist with in-house creation of digital assets
Assist in maintaining multiple websites using Shopify
Assist in B2B commercial product launches
Regular marketing reporting looking at key data
This is a full time role - working Monday to Friday, offering the potential for 1 day working from home.
