Marketing Assistant/Executive

Cirencester

£22,000 per annum

They are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant/Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Manager, in executing marketing strategies, managing external agencies, and enhancing the company's digital presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with relevant marketing experience to gain valuable insights and contribute to the success of a prestigious brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage external agencies on paid campaigns, particularly during peak seasons such as the run-up to Christmas.

  • Assist in the transition to a new digital asset management system by tagging and adding imagery to the platform.

  • Craft compelling copy for various marketing materials, including website content, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.

  • Contribute to email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.

  • Support social media initiatives by assisting with content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring.

  • Coordinate and arrange photoshoots to capture high-quality imagery for marketing collateral and digital platforms.

  • Utilize Adobe Suite to design creative assets for marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ideally, a graduate or completion of a relevant apprenticeship in marketing or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software and social media management tools.

  • Basic knowledge of design principles and experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

    • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
